Que suerte que tengo. Hoy me ha mandado un correo mi buddy, el alumno de la universidad de Oldenburg que me ayuda en tema de papeles e integración, diciendome esto:

I hope you are doing fine. Now, just some days before your arrival I got some more information and answers to your questions:

First of all: I am gonna pick you up by car from the airport. I can borrow it from my mother for some days.

I will bring a sleepingbag and pillow for you for the first days as there wont be any blanket and pillow in your room. I can also buy something to eat for you. On Sundays shops are closed in Germany and you cant go shopping. So just tell me what you need and I will bring it, too.

Unfortunately you cant get the Semesterticket before your registration in the university.
There is a gym at university but I dont know the costs for it.

The Bahncard50 costs 115 Euros for 1 year. With the card you get a discount of 50% on each ticket you buy. So it is rentable if you are going to travel a lot. But consider that you can travel with the semesterticket for free to Hamburg, Hannover, Osnabrück, the Northern Sea and in the region around Bremen. And there are also some special offers to some destinations all over Germany – but sometimes it is hard to get these because the are very popular and fast sold out.d

Basicamente dice que me recoge en coche en el aeropuerto de Bremen y me lleva a la resi, ¡¡bien!! Menos mal, que ya me las veía yo canutas en el tren cargado de maletas, harto de viaje y cansado.

También me dice que me va a pillar un saco de dormir y una almohada para las primeras noches y que si quiero algo de comida que él me la compra. Que tío más majo.

Lo negativo de la semana es que aún no he podido elegir las asignaturas ya que no están las descripciones colgadas en la web por lo que mi coordinador no me puede dar el visto bueno. A ver si los alemanes se enmiendan ya.
